Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products, including earrings and jewelry sets.

Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or broken, you may request a full refund.

To do so, please:

  • Email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hazaajewels@gmail.com

  • Use the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM – [Your Order Number]"

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

 

Once we verify the damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note:

  • Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted

  • Refunds only apply to items damaged during shipping
