  • Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address details.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds except for items damaged during shipping.

  • If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • After verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method for damaged items only.

  • We do not offer exchanges; customers may place a new order instead.
